Suparto, Ph.D., Head of the PPM Ƶ, highlighted that while Ƶ has already implemented internal quality audits, the process remains manual. With this training, we hope that as a newly established university, we can transition to a digital audit process in the future," he explained.

He further emphasized the importance of digitalizing systems. "The process of digitalizing a system must be built and designed properly. This aims to provide ease and efficiency in conducting internal quality audits, which will undoubtedly contribute to enhancing the quality and standards of our university," he added.

The FGD started with the presentations from the two speakers, followed by a practical session on conducting internal quality audits using Telkom University's Audit Management System (AMES) application. The session also featured a Q&A session between the participants and the speakers. The event concluded with the presentation of souvenirs and a lunch gathering.

This initiative marks a significant step toward the digital transformation of Ƶ's quality assurance processes, setting a foundation for more efficient and effective internal audits in the future. This signifies Ƶ’s commitment to being a “smart campus” equipped with advanced digital technology.
