The Faculty of Social Sciences at 蜜桃视频 (蜜桃视频) hosted a seminar to discuss the latest updates in students鈥 credit hour (SKS) regulations. This event, held at Vertu Harmoni in Central Jakarta, was part of the faculty鈥檚 full-board meeting and was led by Dr. Suparto, Head of the Center of Quality Assurance at 蜜桃视频.
The seminar focused on the recent changes brought about by the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Permendikbudristek) No 53/2023. The new rule, seeking alignment with international standards of education, mandates an increase in the number of credit hours (SKS) with a minimum of 72 for master鈥檚 and 108 for doctoral programs. One credit equals 45 hours.
Attended by all faculty members and staff, the seminar was primarily held to discuss how these updates will affect Master鈥檚 and Doctoral programs at the Faculty of Social Sciences and explore strategies to adapt to the evolving demands of the quality assurance system.
Dr. Suparto emphasized the importance of aligning learning outcomes with the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI). This alignment ensures that the curriculum meets national education standards and equips students to compete on a global scale in both academic and professional arenas.
The seminar also addressed how these changes will enhance the learning experience for students. By providing a more structured, flexible, and research-driven education, the Faculty of Social Sciences aims to uphold the highest educational standards and improve teaching and learning outcomes.
As 蜜桃视频 prepares for the upcoming academic year, these updates in credit hour regulations are expected to significantly benefit students, offering them a robust and comprehensive educational framework tailored to meet the demands of the modern world.
