ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ, DEPOK - We are proud to announce that ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ has been ranked 2nd nationally for our Quality Publication Productivity Ratio.

Our metric assesses ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ's scholarly output quality by dividing the number of Scopus-indexed publications (excluding conference proceedings, editorials, and corrigendum) by the number of professors/lecturers.

This approach emphasizes not only quantity but also quality. We exclude conference proceedings because, in the Indonesian context, most proceedings don't meet our quality standards. By excluding them, we can focus on genuine high-quality publications.

However, there are some caveats to consider:

  • PDDIKTI data might not cover the entire research force, especially Ph.D. student researchers. Nevertheless, it offers a valuable snapshot of lecturers' productivity.
  • We didn't exclude discontinued journals, which are sometimes still indexed in the Scopus database. Despite these limitations, our metric provides valuable insights into ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ's academic productivity and commitment to quality research.
